Who is this stay best for?
Couples, a small family, or up to three adults who want a comfortable island home near beaches and golf. Maximum: 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children. There is a king bedroom and a queen sofa bed.
Arrival, access & check-out
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Complete online check-in and all payments due before arrival. We’ll send access instructions once the required steps are complete. The condo has keypad self check-in and free parking. It is on the second floor with one flight of stairs and no elevator. Gate security may request ID.
House rules & privacy
No pets, parties or smoking, including on the balcony. Registered guests only; please respect resort rules and quiet hours. An active Ring doorbell is outside the entrance. There are no indoor cameras.
Can I request a crib or extra cleaning?
A crib, highchair and optional mid-stay cleaning are available on request for an extra charge. Contact Palmera before arrival to arrange what you need.
How do I check prices and cancellation terms?
Select “Check dates & rates” to view current availability and prices. For new direct bookings, 50% is collected at booking and the balance is charged 7 days before check-in. Bookings within 7 days require full payment at booking. Review our payment and cancellation terms before confirming your stay.
Is golf included?
Golf, equipment rentals, lessons, restaurant meals and drinks are separate from accommodation. Arrange tee times directly with Tierra del Sol.
